Installation Requirements

Glass panels are cut square so you need to check that you walls are plumb and floors are level within a 5mm tolerance, find out more information here.
Wall tiles must be from floor to ceiling or walls must be tiled to the height of the screen because the position of fittings are set.
Wall mounted hinges recommended to be installed into timber stud or brick wall.

Hinges

Spring-loaded, glass-to-wall hinges.
Self centering action from about 25°.
Pivots 90° in both directions, a total of 180°.
Glass has 7mm gap along the wall due to hinges.
Glass has pre-set cutouts for hinges.
Wall hinges positioned:
- 200mm from the top of glass &
- 200mm from the bottom of glass
Finish: Chrome

Maximum Door Capacity using 2 standard hinges Max Weight (32kg) Max Width (650mm) Optimal strength with four anchor points to the wall. Requires a minimum of 50mm space on either side of the hinge plate to screw into the wall. Includes 4 wall screws and plugs.
